Isis flask; Fayoum; Figurines; Ceramic; Isis-Aphrodite

Notes:

Isis-Aphrodite, with drapery rolled up to expose pubic triangle, stands frontally with feet together and arms to side. Wears tall fasciated fruit basket (spout) on top of flounced, stippled wreath with central glyph. Roll of hatched hair, parted in center, frames face; tresses fall to shoulders. Face is given prominent brow, dangling eyelids, and parted lips. Back side shows line to separate legs and thighs, and dimples of lower back. Loop for suspension missing.
