Description:

Pocket-sized ledger book recording transactions made in 1898 and 1899. The transactions appear to be of a personal nature including lunch and travel expenses. The J.L. Hudson Company appears frequently as well. The ledger also records several events, including the death of Daniel Scotten on March 3, 1899. Records begin at both the beginning and end of the book, with many of the pages in between left unused. The ledge is bound in an unmarked reddish brown leather cover.
