Stephenson, M.D. The front of the envelope is addressed in handwriting to "Mayor Maybury, City Hall" and is entitled, "The Future of Biopathy," along the right edge. The letter also has the note, "For the strong box," and signature, "Dr. Stevenson" [Stephenson].
