Notes:

North and west facades taken facing southeast; Two and a half story, vernacular, Queen Anne style house. Hipped roof with lower crossed gables. Molded concrete block on first story, and brick veneer on second story. Fishscale shingles in gables, and a small square window. Windows are one light over one. Two story bay on west facade. Small entry porches on front (north), and west facades. Porches have hipped roofs, and wrought iron supports, balustrades, and railings. Two story addition to rear. Concrete block foundation and shingle roof.
