Additional text indicates that these ships were under construction at the Craig Ship Building Company Works in Toledo, Ohio, as of June 6, 1892. The drawing was prepared by George Craig at a scale of 1/2"=1 ft. It consists of black ink on linen and shows a cross section view of the wooden-hulled railroad car ferries. Handwritten text and a blue stamp in the lower right corner show "Str. No. 55 & 56, No. 4-1" and "New Drawing No. Tol. 55-S11-11-3, Tube No. 1."
