This Molded Wood Chair, in the collection of the Dallas Historical Society, has a walnut veneer over a molded plywood backrest, support and seat. The chair sits on four legs. The seat is finished off with a Herman Miller label. This product was first manufactured by Evans Products in 1945. Herman Miller became the distributor in 1946, and in 1949 the manufacturer.
