On the left, a man signs a sheet on a writing surface attached to the side of a fence, as another man waits. A sign posted beside the building reads, "Ford Motor Company Ship Yards, Entrance No. 10. "27125-7-3-19," is printed in the lower right corner of the recto, and "Employment Office, Miller Road, Ship Yard Plant," is handwritten on the verso. The photo is mounted on a linen backing.
