Dinner for the Fox De Luxe Brewery employees or dealers at the Rowe Hotel, located a few blocks from the brewery at the corner of Michigan Street and Monroe Avenue. All attending are men and all have a bottle of Fox beer at their plates, and almost all are smoking. An African American waiter is offering cigars from a box to those attending.
