Sepia-toned photograph of progress made plating the bow of the hull of Eagle Boat No. 39 within building "B" of the Ford River Rouge Factory Complex, as taken from above its port bow. Several plates have been applied at the bow. Blurred workers are busy on the floor beside the boat, as well as beneath its bow. Men work at desks on both the right and left sides of the aisle. Pieces of framing are piled along the wall on the left. "25635-2-3-19, #39" is printed in the lower left corner of the recto. The photo is mounted on a linen backing.
