Dinner menu from the Russell House consisting of a page of off-white paper glue within a half-folded grey cover. An engraving of a man wearing a tall hat, seated beneath a tree with a steaming plate is on the cover beside a banner with the hotel's crest and the German phrase, "Esset und trinket was ihr habt, und denkt was ihr wolt," (Eat drink what you have, and consider what you want). At the bottom of the page within, the menu suggests running productions at nearby theatres, "Lyceum Theater - 'Friends.' Temple Theater - High Class Vaudeville." The page also includes the note, "Done in the Russell House Print Shop, Tuesday, June 20, 1905."
