The map includes streets, street names, property lines, lot numbers, railroads, rivers and streams, and some company names. The map details were "compiled from actual surveys & records by Mason L. Brown, Civil Engineer & Surveyor, 22 & 23 Hodges Street, Detroit, Mich."
