Board of Water and Light's Ottawa Street power plant, located along the Grand River. It was built in 1940 and is characterized by exterior brick colors that go from dark to light, bottom to top of the building. The view is from the Michigan Avenue bridge. Originally part of the Carl Dalrymple Collection.
