Incised Bottle; Fayoum; Glass vessels; Glass

Notes:
Yellowish glass toilet bottle with almost spherically rounded body and shoulders gently sloping to wide, cylindrical neck. Neck was ground flat at top, with no evidence of flared rim. Approximately one-half rim, neck is missing. Base was ground flat and bottle stands firmly upright. Four wheel-incised designs in the shape of eyes are on upper body, and shoulder of vessel. four rectangular facets are incised vertically on the neck with one of these missing. Free blown and cut of translucent almost colorless glass with pinkish-yellowish tinge.
