Sepia-toned photograph depicting Eagle Boat No. 1 backing out of its construction bay at Building "B" to the Transfer Bed at the Ford Rouge Factory Complex, as taken off of its starboard quarter. The boat is almost clear of the building. A transfer-tug is moving the boat. A U.S flag is flown from its stern. "Eagle-1" is painted on the stern. Spectators and U.S. Navy personnel are shown.
