- One drawing of Fort Wayne. The drawing consists of black ink and pencil on heavy tan paper and shows a plan view of the walls as well as the gun platform layout of the fort. Gun platform numbers are indicated along with certain fort dimensions. A small inset drawing in the upper right corner area includes notes that show "Outline of Interior Crest of Old Work. Used in laying out work and making drawings; determined as accurately as practicable from measurements of the different fronts in April, 1863. J.J.L. [J. J. Lee]" and "Note. The bottom of new scarp was laid out 43 feet from & parallel with the old crest, except on faces of East Bastion, where it is 45' 3"."

The drawing consists of black and red ink on linen and shows the configuration of the outer walls of the fort. Gun platform and casemate numbers are shown as well as wall heights. The drawing is shown at a scale of 1 inch = 50 feet. Handwritten text near the lower right corner of the fort shows "Note: The figures in red designate the number of each gun platform adopted in accordance with Dept. Circular of July 28, 1864. Those upon the outside of the scarp, at the flanks, are the numbers of the Casemate guns in front of which they are placed. The references (in black) on the scarp wall indicate the height to which it has been constructed, the level of the ditch being (9')."

- One drawing entitled "Fort Wayne Arrangement of Gun Platforms and B.H. Wall, and Method of Reinforcing Pintle Stones." The drawing consists of black and blue ink on heavy tan paper and shows typical plan and cross-section views of the gun platforms along the fort walls. The drawing was prepared by J. J. Lee at a scale of 1 inch = 2 feet and is dated January, 1865. Handwritten pencil text in the upper left corner shows "Note - Engr. Circular July 21st 1865 directs that all new platforms with outer traverse circles will be laid 1 foot lower than is now done. Before the reception of this order, the new circles of the main work were laid so that it will only be applied to those in the demilune." Handwritten ink text near the center of the plan sheet shows "Note. On water front of East Bastion, the gun circles were calculated for the length of the old traverse rails, 11' 7 3/4", from center to end, & the connecting stones were cut shorter than is required by Department drawings since received, as represented by the broken line m - n."
