- One architectural drawing entitled "Addition to Hospital, Fort Wayne, Michigan. Major P. G. Wales, Surgeon, U.S. Army. March, 1907." The drawing consists of black ink on linen and shows a side elevation view of the proposed addition. The four-story building was to be constructed of brick and stone with wood trim and a slate roof. Building height dimensions are given at the right side of the drawing which is shown at a scale of 1 inch = 8 feet. Printed text in the lower right corner shows "Bldg. #209" and "P. E. File Nr. 4918."

- One drawing of Fort Wayne. The drawing consists of black ink and pencil on heavy tan paper and shows a plan view of the walls as well as the gun platform layout of the fort. Gun platform numbers are indicated along with certain fort dimensions. A small inset drawing in the upper right corner area includes notes that show "Outline of Interior Crest of Old Work. Used in laying out work and making drawings; determined as accurately as practicable from measurements of the different fronts in April, 1863. J.J.L. [J. J. Lee]" and "Note. The bottom of new scarp was laid out 43 feet from & parallel with the old crest, except on faces of East Bastion, where it is 45' 3"."

The locations of four survey vessels are also indicated along with their names: Lorain L., U.S.S. Gen. Williams, U.S.S. Search, and U.S. Lake Survey No. 1. On the right side of the plan sheet, a cross-section detail of the dock sheet piling and anchorage configuration is shown. The title block in the upper left corner indicates that the drawing was prepared "under the direction of Major W. L. Fisk, Corps of Engineers, and E. E. Haskell, Chief Asst. Engineer" at a scale of 1 inch = 20 feet. The plan is dated August, 1902.

- One drawing entitled "Fort Wayne, Michigan, Outline Sketch to Accompany Report of Col. T. J. Cram, Corps of Engineers for Year Ending 30 June 1864." The drawing consists of black and red ink on linen and shows the configuration of the outer walls of the fort. Gun platform and casemate numbers are shown as well as wall heights. The drawing is shown at a scale of 1 inch = 50 feet. Handwritten text near the lower right corner of the fort shows "Note: The figures in red designate the number of each gun platform adopted in accordance with Dept. Circular of July 28, 1864. Those upon the outside of the scarp, at the flanks, are the numbers of the Casemate guns in front of which they are placed. The references (in black) on the scarp wall indicate the height to which it has been constructed, the level of the ditch being (9')."
