Dunbar also speaks with Howard Stoll, head of the photo deparment in Grand Rapids, who describes photo developing operations.

Acknowledging that the U.S. economy is slowing, Bush urges Congress to hasten passage of his economic stimulus plan, which includes tax rebates for individuals and corporations. On the foreign policy front, Bush cautions against withdrawing U.S. troops from the Middle East prematurely and says the country must stay the course in its war on terrorists. He also says that adversaries in Iraq have been hit hard, but that "tough fighting is ahead".
