Description:
Located at 620 Lesher Place. The land was purchased in 1892 for Lesher Place School. The name changed to East Park in 1895 and a second story was added soon after. A fire occurred din 1907 and a new building was constructed in 1916. The first PTA was organized in 1924 and in 1926 the name became Oak Park.
