- Color postcard depicting a crowd gathered for a concert at the Band Stand on a bridge over a canal on Belle Isle. People are seated along both shorelines and many canoes fill the canal. Printed on verso: Band Pavilion, Belle Isle. Band Concerts are given at the city's expense during the summer afternoons and evenings. These concerts draw immense crowds, both shores being lined with pleasure seekers, while the graceful canoes throng the canal. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Jul 8, 1909.

Printed on verso: West Grand Circus Park, Tuller Hotel, etc. This Park is the oldest of Detroit's recreation grounds and is situated in the heart of the city through which runs the famous Woodward Avenue. This Park was set aside by the city in 1854, and is enjoyed by thousands in summer on account of its magnificent shade trees. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Feb 18, 1914.

In the background are the Detroit River and Belle Isle, In the foreground is a rollercoaster at an amusement park. Printed on verso: Belle Isle Bridge and Approach, Belle Isle in distance. Connecting the main land with Belle Isle, Detroit's largest pleasure spot; is half a mile in length and spans the Detroit river at a height of 30 feet. It forms the connecting link over which thousands of pleasure seekers on foot, in carriages and automobiles pass on every pleasant day. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Aug 15, 1916.
