- Black and white drawing from 1855 of the original Harper Hospital, founded in 1863. A horse drawn carriage is visible on the road in the foreground, and six people are visible standing on the sidewalk outside of the grounds of the hospital. Nine hospital buildings are pictured in the background, with a flag pole standing between the third and fourth buildings from the left. Printed text underneath the image reads "Calvert & Co. Lith. Detroit." Mounted on cardboard.

- One color drawing of a roadster automobile. The drawing consists of black pencil on vellum paper with watercolors added to both sides of the paper. The drawing shows the left side of the automobile with a man standing behind the front hood. Some incomplete top view sketches of the vehicle are shown in black pencil at the top of the sheet. Handwritten pencil text along the lower edge shows "115 WB [wheelbase]" and "Proposed for Scripps Booth, accepted and detailed then policy changed by Clarence Booth, then JSB [James Scripps Booth] quit." The drawing is signed in two locations near the lower right corner of the sheet: "JSB, 9-16" and "12", OK, JSB, 9-21-16."

- One collage (Sheet 18 of 20) consisting of three pencil drawings, three photographic images, and a small black and white print. The pencil drawings show plan and cross-section views of various components of the "Biautogo" motorcycle. Red watercolor paint has been added to highlight details on one of the drawings. One color photographic image is entitled "Photo of original watercolor drawing" and "JSB [James Scripps Booth], Cranbrook, November, 1908." One black and white photographic image shows an advertisement for "Der 'Militaire'" motorcycle and a second black and white photographic image shows a "Henderson" motorcycle. A small black and white print shows plan and profile views of a motorcycle fork assembly.

- One pencil and watercolor drawing of the 2-wheel "Bi-Autogo" motorcycle on white art paper. The drawing shows a plan view of the vehicle and shows the locations of wheels, drive chain, radiator, driver and passenger seats, steering wheel, and side support wheels. Several pencil notes are shown along with labels of various vehicle parts. The drawing is signed "JSB [James Scripps Booth]" and "drawn at Etaples, France, 1911" near the center lower edge of the drawing.

- One ink and watercolor drawing (Sheet 1 of 20) entitled "Sketch Showing Method of Dismounting Wheel." The drawing is shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 inch and depicts a cross-section view "Thru Fuel Tank - Frame and Rear Wheel - Showing the Bevel Drive and Brake Mechanism Swung Out of Their Proper Planes." A small rectangular section of the drawing paper has been cut out and removed in the upper left corner area. The drawing is signed "JSB [James Scripps Booth], Paris, 1912" near the lower left corner.

- Description:
- Color engraving of Fort Street Presbyterian Church in Detroit, located on the corner of Fort and Third Street. Image and surrounding text were clipped from an article detailing the construction and opening of the church from the December 15, 1855 issue of Ballou's Pictorial and mounted on cardboard. The article which the engraved drawing accompanies was originally located on page 380 in Ballou's Pictorial Volume IX, No. 24, Whole No. 232.
