- Window displays in local grocery stores advertizing the food show. This is in the Beverly Food Market window at 1904 Porter SW. John Schuitema, proprietor, a member of Associated Grocers. The display includes a picture an African American chef and Armour Star Hams. Also advertising "Try Nucoa," a vegetable margarine, and "They all go for Chateau", Borden cheese slices.
