Kerry says that the U.S. and Vietnam are cooperating on security issues and that Vietnam has joined the United Nations relief and peace initiatives. He also answers questions from the press about China's reaction to improved U.S.-Vietnamese relations, progress against ISIS in Iraq, and American objectives in the Pacific. Kerry is introduced by assistant White House Press Secretary Eric Schultz.
