- One blueprint drawing entitled "Administration Building [Building No. 207] - End Elevation." The drawing (Sheet No. 2 of 8) shows two end elevation views of the three-story Administration Building at Fort Wayne. The upper view on the sheet shows the front of the building and the lower view shows the rear side. The drawing was prepared by the Q.M.G.O. [Quarter Master General Office] at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot and is dated April, 1900.

- One blueprint entitled "Plat of United States Purchase." The blueprint shows a description and survey drawing for a rectangular parcel of land located on the American side of the Detroit River and part of Claim No. 32 that was patented by Henry Berthelette on November 2, 1832. The parcel description is signed, "S. W. Updike, Dep. Reg." with the land area being approximately 23 acres in size and covering the eastern one-third of the Fort Wayne property. A note near the lower left corner shows "Engineer Department 14 June 1842. Rec'd with Lieut. Meigs letter of 6 inst."
