Olds in a REO Motor Car down east Michigan Avenue to campus. Roosevelt is sitting in the back seat of the car with Snyder. Olds is driving the car. Beside Olds is William Loeb, Roosevelt's secretary. Roosevelt gave the commencement address at the 50th anniversary of MAC (Michigan State University) in East Lansing, Michigan. A streetcar is visible in the background.
