- Liberty Bell-shaped thread-bound menu and program booklet from the Griswold House, dated Monday, July 4, 1904. The menu lists musical selections and dances to be performed as well as meal options. Several of the things listed are themed around the holiday including Bunker Hill Punch, Philadelphia Squab, Independence Pudding, Columbia Sauce, Liberty Bells, Old Glory Ice Cream, and American Cheese.

- Menu card from a complimentary dinner for the employees of the First National Bank held at the Russell House on September 27, 1894. The card is printed on off-white paper printed with a cross-stitch inspired pattern of heraldic lions rampant, and fleurs–de–lis. And embossed silver griffon is printed in the upper right corner. The years, "1864," "1874," and "1894" are printed at the edges of the card.

- Menu with envelope from the opening dinner of the Hotel Pontchartrain held on Tuesday, October 29, 1907. The menu is bound with whit ribbon in a heavy white paper cover printed with an embossed image of the hotel's crest on the front. Both the dinner's courses, as well as a reproduction of a menu for a dinner given by Madame la Chancelière for King Louis XIII at the château de Pontchartrain are printed within. The envelope is pale blue with an image of the hotel's crest at the upper left.

The menu consists of two half-folded sheets of paper bound inside of a burgundy cardstock cover with white ribbon. The Iota Chapter of Gamma Delta Psi logo is printed on the cover in silver. The menu and a list of toasts are contained within. The booklet was printed at W.A. Sturgeon and Company in Detroit.
