- Sepia-toned photo shows the intersection of Fort Street and State Street in Lincoln Park. The view shows an overhead streetlight, a parked automobile, and several 1-story and 2-story buildings. A brick building under construction has a sign in front that reads "Holmes & Holmes, General Contractors, Ferndale, Michigan." The Lincoln Park Hardware and McManus Drug Co. buildings can be seen at the far left side of the photo. A typewritten label on the verso shows "Cor. Fort & State, 1925."
