Mennon Williams Building, Murray D. Van Wagoner Building. The high-rise building on the right in the rear is Lansing Towers apartments. In the plaza, directly above the roof of the Capitol, is the multi-part sculpture named "This Equals That" by Michael Heizer; built 1976-1980 and removed in 2004. West Michigan Avenue resumes beyond the complex.
