The two-story building had six windows, two doors, and a loading dock along the front. Small porches at each end of the building provided access to offices and issuing rooms. The building had storage areas on the lower (basement/cellar), first floor, and upper levels. The drawing is shown at a scale of 1/8 inch = 1 foot.
