Looks like a two story building in the background against the freight building, in a “T” orientation. The freight building has four visible doors for loading open on the side and one closed on the end near center left in photo. Horse drawn wagons at the doors.

Clear glass light bulbs run along both sides of the ceiling. At the rear of the car are various levers and gauges.
