- One indenture, dated March 5, 1919, between Elise Babillion, Marie Babillion, and Gertrude Warren, parties of the first part, and the Woodhouse Land Company, party of the second part. The document consists of one sheet of white paper with black typewritten and handwritten text printed on both sides that is watermarked "Monmouth Linen Ledger." The text gives a legal description of Lot 51, Section 3 of the Governor and Judges Plan, Detroit, and indicated that the lot was being sold to the Woodhouse Land Company for $1.00. The document was signed on the verso by Elise Babillion, Marie Babillion, and Gertrude Warren as well as signed and sealed by a Notary Public. Three $10 U.S. Internal Revenue tax stamps were affixed to the verso. The document was recorded at the Register's Office, Wayne County, in Liber 1251, Page 464 on May 16, 1919.
