Each candidate's name, age, occupation, business address, home address, are listed along with who recommended them and to whom they have been referred. The candidates are invited to visit the lodge and dine there on May 17, and the vote occurs on June 7, 1912. The ballot is printed on yellow paper that has been folded three times.

The program contains the list of members, the menu, a list of toasts, a list of members who are bring conferred new degrees, and portraits of several officers. The program is bound in a white cardstock cover with a small gold embossed image of the compass and square along with the title.

- Program for the Children's Excursion to Bob-Lo held by the Friendship Lodge No. 417 of the Free and Accepted Masons on Sunday, June 24, 1922. A number of events are described for children and adults, including standard foot races; novelty races, like the egg race, balloon race, peanut race, necktie race, fat men's race, and cracker race; a popularity contest; and a baseball game. Prizes are listed for each, often including a box of Sanders chocolate for third place. The back page of the brochure promotes a moonlight cruise on Wednesday, July 12 aboard the STE. CLAIRE with Fizel's Orchestra, and an excursion to Put-in-Bay aboard the PUT-IN-BAY on Wednesday, August 2, 1922. The program doubles as a raffle ticket, and the number 1000 is printed on the cover above a note about the raffle.

The invitation consists of a half-folded sheet of velum bounded around a half-folded sheet of paper with white string. An engraving of an eagle perched atop the Federal Shield, with arrows and laurels in its talons is on the cover. A passage describing the occasion using eagle-related terminology is contained within.
