- A group of small cottages at the entrance to Pine Lake amusement park. Two unidentified men are in the center. Written on the photograph: "J. A. Brusselbach cottages at Park entrance." J. A. Brusselbach (later Russel) operated concessions at the park in addition to a grocery store at 2000 East Michigan Avenue in Lansing.

- The Lansing Boat Club, founded in the 1870s, had its headquarters on Pine Lake. The clubhouse was built on piles driven in the lake bottom, near the southwest shore. The above picture, taken in 1890, shows an interior room. Two copies. Originally part of the Carl Dalrymple Collection.
