The article highlights a new gay resort near Saugatuck, known as Douglas Dunes, and describes the food served, atmosphere, and the men who served drinks near the pool. Under the brief article is an advertisement for the video tape special of the week and the prices for The Irving Theatre. The right side of the publication includes classifieds, advertisements for services, personals, stuff for sale, and resorts. There is an advertisement for a Detroit night club called The Outlaws on the bottom right of the page.

- Printed pamphlet for West Shore Golf Links located in Douglas, Michigan, and known as "A Sporty 18 Hole Golf Course of Natural Beauty." The front of the pamplet has a description of West Shore Golf Links and their lodging, highlighting the location and types of rooms available. The "Local Ground Rules" are featured on the back page. The interior includes the scores and record of Bob Seils and Don Walsh from a golf game dated July 13, 1953.

- Program pamphlet for a birthday celebration honoring jazz musician, Eddie Calhoun, at Douglas Dunes Resort on November 12-13-14, 1993. The program includes Eddie Calhoun's biography outlining his upbringing, career in music and the Chicago music scene, and semi-retirement in Baldwin/ Idlewild, Michigan. The program also includes daily itineraries for the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday musical events in celebration of his life and career. In addition, it includes a "Meet the Musicians" section with biographies for the musicians joinging in on the celebration and accompanying photographs.
