The menu's cover is printed with the message, "A Bright and Happy Christmas to you and Good Luck," beside an image of a clover, a candle, and a swastika, all contained in an embossed border surrounded by embossed bells, ribbons, and holly. The recto carries the program's nameplate, declaring the establishment to be "The Largest and Handsomest Theatre in America," and listing Charles O. White as the proprietor and manager and H.A. Foster as the treasurer. The recto is covered with advertisements. The central column of the verso lists the pieces to be performed at the concert.
