- Women's knee-length, knubby textured brown and black wool coat. The double breasted coat has a narrow collar, and a lapel of black wool. It is fitted over the chest, and flares out at the hips. The flare is increased by padding on the hips The sleeves stop a little short of the wrists. Graduated size buttons. The coat was purchased by the donor in 1955 or 1956 at Julie's Inc. for $350.00. - Light weight, navy blue crepe day coat with padded shoulders, no collar. This garment was owned by Matilda Dodge Wilson (October 19, 1883 – September 19, 1967),who was the wife of John Francis Dodge (October 25, 1864 – January 14, 1920), co-founder of the Dodge Motor Car Company in Detroit, Michigan.

- Description:
- This black crepe, loose-fitting women's coat has a very wide black Persian lamb fur collar. The long, loose sleeves are heavily embroidered with flower and leaf patterns in rust, turquoise and gold metallic threads. The coat is fastened by one button at the center front and a snap at the throat. The lining is rust colored crepe. Label: "Importers, B. Siegel Co., Detroit, Mich."

- Description:
- This man's beaver fur overcoat is double breasted and fastens in the front with five "frogs" and ten fur covered buttons. it has a slash pocket on each side, and two breast pockets in its interior. The sleeves have turn-back cuffs, and the coat is lined with black sateen. The beaver pelts were obtained from American Indians living north of Grand Marais on Lake Superior in 1883. The pelts were sent to New York City to be dressed. They were then returned to Detroit, and made into an overcoat by Dickerson & Co which was located at 80 Woodward Avenue (old number). It was made for Ira F. Holt who was a ship owner, and had passenger boats running from Duluth down the north shore of Lake Superior.

- Woman's winter coat of black novelty wool with Russian sable collar, and wide lapels. The coat is double breasted, has long narrow sleeves, and six black plastic disc buttons. One large patch pocket is on each side. The coat has a heavy ivory satin lining, and two mother-of-pearl buttons inside. Label: Traina Norell, N.Y., and Julie, Inc. Fisher Building Detroit.
