- One postcard announcement concerning an upcoming property sale due to unpaid taxes. The postcard was addressed in handwritten black ink text to "Henry Maybury, 91 Baker St., Detroit." This address was crossed out and replaced with "Pt. Tampa City, Fla.," and a "Forwarded" stamp was placed near the right side of the card. Preprinted text on the verso explained the current tax laws and indicated that the card was sent by "C. M. Burton" of "Burton Abstract of Title." Handwritten text noted that property being advertised for sale due to unpaid taxes was the "S 1/2 Lot 1, Blk [Block] 61, Baker farm." (Presumably, this was the property that was located at 91 Baker Street.)

- Color postcard depicting an elevated view of Grand Circus Park at night, facing southwest. The David Whitney Building, Hotel Statler, Hotel Tuller, and Kresge Building, are in view. A fountain is in the foreground and many cars are on Adams Street. Printed on verso: View of Grand Circus Park, showing Pingree and Maybury Monuments, Central M. E. Church and Y.M.C.A. building. This park is the oldest of Detroit's recreation grounds and is situated in the heart of the city through which runs the famous Woodward avenue. This park was set aside by the city 1854 and is enjoyed by thousands in summer on account of its magnificent shade trees. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Jul 24, 1919.

- Color postcard depicting an auto stuck in mud with a bystander standing beside it. Printed on verso: The scene on opposite side was in Wisconsin - clingy clay. Ground had just thawed and wheels dropped in below the hubs. Passengers had to alight here but she readily got out of the hole herself - though she tore off a chain grip in doing so. You will notice the running board is resting on the clay, almost holding up the weight of the car. This made the traction poor, so the wheels spun helplessly till the passengers alighted. Thus relieved of weight she pulled out.

- Postcard. Colorized photographic postcard depicting The Ford Building from an elevated position across the corner of Griswold Street and West Congress Street. Streetcars, pedestrians, and cars are visible in the streets. Verso reads, "1393-The Ford Building, Griswold and Congress Streets, is the largest office building in Michigan. It is 19 stories in height, towers 275 feet above the street level, contains 559 offices and cost Edward Ford, of Toledo, its owner, $1,500,000. Its entire front is of enamel terra cotta and it is considered a model of beautiful architecture." Card was mailed and postmark reads, "Detroit, Mich. Oct. 10, 12 -M, 1911."
