Printed on verso: This Card Shows Boerth's Quick Lunch, located at 108 Woodward Ave., on the main floor, which is one of the finest and most up-to-date Quick Lunch Counters west of New York City. The annex in basement consists of a cafeteria with five private dining rooms in connection. One-minute service, cleanliness, sanitary cooking, fine quality of food, and popular prices, make it especially attractive. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Oct 4, 1909.

- Color postcard depicting the well in Palmer Park, with a sign above reading, "Visitors are Requested Not to Pick Flowers or Big Ferns. T.W. Palmer" and the Lake in the background. Printed on verso: Rustic Drinking Well, Palmer Park. This land was donated to the City by Ex-Senator Thomas W. Palmer, in 1893, and is situated north of the city at the extreme terminal of the Woodward Ave. car line; is one of the city's favorite breathing spots. Its center piece is a log cabin, which is an exact reproduction of the home in which Senator Palmer resided when Detroit was little more than a trading post. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Sep 7, 1910.
