Half-folded program and menu for the complimentary banquet held by George Andrew Lewis for members of the Detroit Newsboys' Association on Thursday May 25, 1911. A half-tone print of a portrait photograph by the Peninsular Engraving Company, captioned "A Detroit 'Newsie,'" is on the cover beside the lyrics to "If We Had a Newsboys' Home." The menu and program of speakers, poetry, and musical selections are listed within. Martin Cohn, a newsboy awarded the Andrew Lewis Silver Cup by the Board of Directors of the Detroit Newsboys Association, is printed on the back, along with the lyrics to the "Star-Spangled Banner," the "Newsboy's Chorus," and "America."
