He declares education is an economic issue and speaks about the need to change firearm laws to step-up background checks adding restrictions to keep mentally unbalanced individuals from buying weapons, all as part of an initiative to reduce all kinds of violence. His comments are made in the wake of a mass shooting in Aurora, CO.
