- Detroit and Cleveland Navigation Company, Cleveland Division freight bill invoice for 33 cases of Smucker's apple butter shipped to the E.J. Dossin Company on May 2, 1923 aboard the passenger steamer WESTERN STATES. The bill is stamped as paid by the D&C line, and several handwritten notes have been made on it. A second copy is attached along the perforated left edge.

- Color postcard depicting a docked passenger steamer of the D & C Line. A sign reads "D&C, Detroit, Cleveland, Buffalo & Niagara Falls, Daily Service to Mackinac Island via the Coast Line." The ship decks, pier and dock are crowded with people. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Aug 30, 1912.

- One plan sheet entitled "Section of the F&PM [Flint & Pere Marquette] R.R. Steamers." The drawing consists of black ink on linen and shows a half cross-section view with dimensions for the proposed wooden-hulled steamships. Blue ink has been used to show the water surface. The plan was prepared at a scale of 1/2 inch = 1 foot by the Detroit Dry Dock Company. (Steamer numbers 59 and 60 were the Detroit Dry Dock hull numbers for the passenger steamships that were known as F.&P.M. No. 1 and F.&P.M. No. 2, respectively.)

- Color postcard depicting the steamer PLEASURE docked at the foot of Woodward Avenue. A sign on the boat reads "Pleasure" and a sign on the dock reads "Moonlight To-Night, Steamer Columbia, 8:30 to 11:30, 35¢". In the foreground is a car and a person on a bicycle. Printed on verso: Belle Isle Pleasure Boat. A favorite method of access to Belle Isle, Detroit's principal pleasure ground, is by steamer, and boats leave regularly from convenient wharves, for the big pier at "The Island." The scene shows one of the large steamers of the Detroit Belle Isle and Windsor Ferry Co., leaving the foot of Woodward Avenue for Belle Isle, band playing and picknickers [sic] thronging the decks. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Aug 19, 1915.
