Beyond, a railroad crossing with several raised gates and an elevated flagman's booth can be seen. A two-tiered pavilion is in the background at the waterfront. An embossed seal at the photo's lower left corner reads, "City Photographer" inside of a circle with saw tooth edges. Photo is mounted on beige cardstock.
