"Inferno", Electric Park, Detroit, Mich.

Description:
Color postcard depicting the Inferno attraction at Electric Park, a maze housing the controversial devil statue made by Herman Menz and previously displayed outside of his home. The building is in the shape of a castle with several gargoyles of differing styles displayed on its walls. The sign above the entrance reads, "Inferno, Menz Devil." A man sits beside the gate. "No. 639 Wolverine News Co., Detroit, Mich. (Printed in Germany)" is printed on the left edge of the verso. The verso also contains a handwritten message--"Have you forgotten me? - Ruth"--addressed to Miss Ross of Cleveland.
