Rome; Lamps; Glaze; Clay (unfired)

Notes:

Pale buff clay with poor brown to reddish-brown glaze. Nozzle broken off, wick hole encroaches on rim. Grape vine in relief on rim. On discus, bust, head turned to left, decorated with two small bosses in center in front. Hair falls to shoulders, wears fillet, drapery over shoulders. Ring handle, plain circular reverse. Lamp is crudely made Glaze is badly worn.
