Sepia-toned photograph of a worn Eagle Boat's propeller taken at the Ford River Rouge Factory Complex when the boat was in dry dock, supported on a timber frame. A heavy rope is partially wrapped around the propeller. "Boat #6. Do not touch or take off this propeller or cable. - Mr. Whiting, A.M." is written on one of the propeller's blades. "27387-7-31-19," is printed in the lower left corner of the recto. The photo is mounted on a linen backing.
