Stock certificate no. 11 for one share capital stock to R. E. Olds. Signed by R. E. Hardy as Secretary and R. E. Olds as President. Three revenue stamps cancelled "OMVC 1/27/99" on back. Perhaps the only certificate known on the Olds Motor Vehicle Company that is signed by R. E. Olds, although issued more than a year after the company was organized. Nine certificated were issued on September 7, 1897 (nos. 1-9). Certificate 10 whereabouts are not known.
