A Michigan State University faculty panel discusses, "Mapping the Boundaries of Friendship: The Changing Nature and Tools of Relationships". Panelists reflect on the way people relate to one another both with modern technology and historically when literacy rates were lower and letter writing was the norm. Topics include romance, face-to-face interaction, Internet usage, text messaging, on-line bullying, friendship, and collaboration. Dr. Cynthia Jackson-Elmoore, Dean of the Honors College, convenes the session and moderates questions from the audience.
