Sailing ships dot the bay while a horse and carriage ride by in front of a fence that lines the pasture.; Captions: The Mansion House of the late Col. Rutgers erected about the year 1752 by his Father and now in possession of his relative W. B. Crosby; This house is now standing at the intersection of Hester, Division & Clinton Streets Now standing in Water Street, East of Pike St. and belonging to the Estate of Isaac Clauson decd. "[C]opied for D. T. Valentine's Manual 1850."
