Monochromatic postcard depicting a collage of eleven different postcard images, including Central Avenue, two different bridges, children swimming, and the Casino on Belle Isle, the Detroit riverfront in 1820, Pingree Monument in Grand Circus Park, Water Works Park, Hurlbut Memorial Gate, Palmer Fountain at Campus Martius, and a view of Cadillac Square with the Wayne County Building. Handwritten message on recto reads, "Aboard Str. "City of Mackinac" 8/8 06. Left Detroit at 9:30 A.M. for the Soo & will arrive tomorrow night. We are have a gay time although it is a trifle expensive." Postmarked Aug 9, 1906.
