Depicts a group of frogs, standing upright on a wharf, near an early traffic signal, waving to a disembarking passenger steamer while a gnome watches them through a telescope. An image of a buffalo is also inset, as is a text box which reads: D. & C. Opens Navigation, Detroit Mich., March 29, 1924, Commencing April 1st daily service in effect between Detroit and Cleveland.
