Building, corner Witherell and Adams Avenues, is the largest and most complete of its kind in the world and boasts of a gymnasium second to none in the country. It was erected in 1908 and has cost in the neighborhood of $700,000." Handwritten note on verso. Postmarked Jun 23, 1916.
